Our team of certified and experienced therapists is passionate about helping children thrive. We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our fun, supportive team at our Castle Rock clinic. This role involves working with children and growing in a warm, collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Colorado.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
- Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time
