About The Position

The Clinic Manager provides direct supervision of daily clinic operations and is responsible for ensuring that the clinic and staff maintain ethical, professional, service and regulatory standards. This individual is responsible for coaching and mentoring staff, physicians and advance practice providers to successfully practice to the full capability of their role. This position requires competency in change management and performance improvement, while possessing basic knowledge for business, revenue cycle, and healthcare operations. This position requires the business acumen required to create business process improvement and program development for the clinic areas it oversees.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
  • 4 years of experience in a professional or technical role/function.
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct supervision of daily clinic operations.
  • Ensures clinic and staff maintain ethical, professional, service and regulatory standards.
  • Coaches and mentors staff, physicians and advance practice providers.
  • Manages change and performance improvement initiatives.
