$70,000 - $85,000Hybrid

About The Position

The Clinic Manager role at Key Essentials to Behavior Management Corp (KEBM) is a hybrid position focused on both clinic operations and clinical supervision. This role was created to address the common issue of clinical leaders being overwhelmed by administrative tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys and excels at both managing a clinic's day-to-day functions and providing direct clinical supervision. KEBM is an ABA therapy company with multiple clinics, founded in 2016, and utilizes a proprietary S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology. They serve a diverse client base, including those with autism, ADHD, ADD, Down syndrome, and developmental delays, and emphasize clinical quality and people-centric values. The S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology involves pod-based group ABA therapy with a structured group dynamic, a low facilitator-to-client ratio, and on-site supervisory support. The company is committed to serving all clients equally, regardless of their funding source or specific needs.
