About The Position

We're launching a brand-new Anytime Dental Clinic in Etobicoke, ON, and we’re looking for a driven, experienced Dental Clinic Manager who’s ready to take ownership, lead a team, and help shape the success of a new practice from day one. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, energetic, and excited by the challenge of scaling a new practice. As part of our unique leadership philosophy, you’ll begin with hands-on training at a sister clinic, including 1–2 months as a Concierge, giving you a deep understanding of our patient experience and operations before stepping fully into leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of dental clinic management experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience (coaching and developing teams)
• Strong knowledge of dental billing and insurance systems
• High energy, accountability, and a growth mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Flexibility to support a 7-day, extended-hours operation

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize clinic systems, workflows, and internal processes
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and day-to-day HR functions
• Oversee billing, insurance processes, and financial accuracy
• Create and manage clinic budgets and performance metrics
• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Train and support team members on systems and software (including Recall Max)
• Foster a positive, accountable, and high-energy team culture
