About The Position

Boston Mountain Rural Health Center (BMRHC) is hiring a full-time Clinic Manager for its Conway clinic. This role involves leading and supporting clinical staff (excluding providers) to foster a positive, efficient, and patient-focused environment. The Clinic Manager will partner with the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Clinical Operations Officer to ensure high standards of care and compliance with state, federal, and grant guidelines.

Requirements

• A BA or BS degree
• At least 5 years of healthcare management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A passion for improving patient care and supporting your team

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of medical office experience in a Community Health Center

Responsibilities

• Guide and support clinical staff (excluding providers).
• Help create a positive, efficient, and patient-focused environment.
• Partner closely with the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Clinical Operations Officer.
• Ensure the highest standards of care.
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and grant guidelines.
