Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- 4 yrs exp in a professional or technical role/function
- 2 yrs exp in a supervisory or lead capacity

Responsibilities
- Provides direct supervision of daily clinic operations.
- Ensures that the clinic and staff maintain ethical, professional, service and regulatory standards.
- Coaches and mentors staff, physicians and advance practice providers to successfully practice to the full capability of their role.
- Translates senior leadership’s vision into actionable outcomes.
- Drives process improvements and supports program development across the clinics under their oversight.
