About The Position
Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a position open for a float position within our LeMars, Remsen, Marcus and Urgent Care Clinics. This position will work 32 hours per week and will be a License Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA). Floyd Valley offers a positive culture that supports a healthy work-life balance. Requirements
- Licensed as a LPN or certified Medical Assistant in Iowa.
- BLS certification is required as an employee.
- Mandatory Reporter training certification is required as an employee.
- Background check is required.
Responsibilities
- Under direct supervision of the physician, assist in patient care.
- Obtain vital signs, blood pressures, height and weights and record information.
- Perform phlebotomy and simple lab functions.
