About The Position
We’re hiring an IT specialist to support our Highland clinic and help staff at other locations remotely. You’ll report to the CIO, resolve support tickets, and help install and maintain clinic technology. Staff support takes priority over project work.
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux, macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS.
- Skill using large language models to understand and solve technical problems.
- Relevant technical education or training.
- Curiosity, persistence, reliability, and clear communication.
- Fingerprinting and a background check are required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Apple device management, Aruba networking, Palo Alto firewalls, and Athena.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot computers, software, networks, phones, and clinic equipment.
- Manage staff accounts, device enrollment, and security tools.
- Prepare, repair, and ship equipment.
- Install network cabling and help deploy new systems.
- Document changes and keep the CIO informed.
