About The Position

The Clinic Growth Specialist is an exciting entry-level role within the Sonova Canada Marketing team, supporting both Phonak and Unitron brands. As part of a dynamic and growth-oriented team, this position supports clients across Canada in their practice development efforts. The role involves face-to-face and virtual interactions, helping to ensure the clinic's marketing needs are met and aligned with strategic growth goals. This position requires a proactive approach and excellent communication skills to foster strong client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with exposure to communications, lead generation, print marketing and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset with a strong drive for continuous personal and professional development, paired with excellent communication skills focused on delivering high-quality customer service; highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining a detail-oriented, solution-focused approach.
  • Brings a positive, proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to recognize and recommend continuous process improvements, paired with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of project management software and Adobe Creative Suite, along with basic proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) including practical prompting skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous work experience working in an advertising agency is preferred.
  • French fluency considered an asset.
  • Additional experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, Google Ads, email marketing software, SEO tools, landing page platforms, and familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team in delivering strategic practice development assistance to clinics.
  • Assist in the creation and success of value-added services and marketing programs.
  • Execute clients' projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Participate in strategy and planning meetings with clinics, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Regional Sales Directors (for key accounts) to define project briefs and lead marketing initiatives.
  • Attend in-clinic marketing events to ensure vendors meet expectations.
  • Execute traditional and digital marketing strategies for clients.
  • Ensure that lead generation and project timelines are adhered to, supporting marketing success.
  • Provide additional support to the marketing department as required.
