Removing friction, anticipating and easing challenges are second nature for the Customer Experience Associate. They make it easy for clients, team members and stakeholders (referral sources and funders) to focus on achieving the client’s goals. When the clinic thrives, the clients and team members thrive too. Providing personalized client experience, ensuring full and effective schedules and minimizing administrative burden for all is how the Administrative Associate contributes to the success of the clinic.
