We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinic Director to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to shape our practice's future while ensuring clinical excellence and operational efficiency. The Clinic Director oversees patient care while also ensuring the effective management of clinic operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience as a physical therapist; supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program, or eligibility to obtain (preferred)
  • Unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist to practice in applicable state of employment, or eligibility to obtain (preferred)
  • Completion of or enrollment in residency training preferred
  • Clinical Specialist Board Certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing clinic staff, including physical therapists, PT Assistants, and administrative personnel.
  • Approving timecards and managing requests for vacation and other time off.
  • Ensuring staff compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and state/national standards.
  • Leading team meetings to discuss patient plans of care (PLOC), implement changes, and ensure effective interventions.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to new graduates and less experienced therapists.
  • Monitoring clinic performance, conducting peer reviews, and collaborating with regional directors for pay increases and professional development opportunities.
  • Ensuring the clinic operates efficiently and remains patient-focused while meeting organizational goals.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, purchase equipment and supplies, oversee maintenance of the facility
  • Develop relationships with key physicians and willing to market to existing and new physicians to bring new patients to the practice.
  • Build and maintain a positive team through servant leadership and with the best interest of the patients and employees in mind
  • Participate, as requested and with reasonable notice, in community outreach, local events, patient education, employer/school outreach, or relationship-building activities that support clinic growth, brand awareness, and community engagement. Frequency may vary by market, business need, and role.
