Clinic Director - Senior Living
About The Position
H2 Health Prime Living is seeking a Clinic Director for Senior Living communities. This is a full-time position (34+ visits/week) with a flexible schedule, offering 1:1 patient care. The Clinic Director will oversee clinic operations, manage clinical services, and ensure high standards of patient care, primarily with a geriatric caseload including Dementia and Alzheimer's-related conditions, general ortho, and balance and dizziness. The role involves approximately 85% clinical treatment and 15% clinic oversight. Therapists must be able to work independently and in teams, making appropriate decisions based on patient needs. H2 Health has over 200 locations across 11 states, offering opportunities for local impact or travel positions. Requirements
- A graduate of an accredited PT/PTA/OT/OTA/SLP program.
- An active or eligible state license to practice.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Ability to make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

- Prior experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
