About The Position

H2 Health Prime Living is seeking a Clinic Director for Senior Living communities. This full-time position (34+ visits/week) offers a flexible schedule and focuses on 1:1 patient care within luxury senior living communities. The role involves approximately 85% clinical treatment and 15% clinic oversight, primarily with geriatric patients who have Dementia and Alzheimer's-related conditions, general orthopedic issues, and balance/dizziness problems. The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently and collaboratively, making sound decisions based on patient needs.

Requirements

• A graduate of an accredited PT/PTA/OT/OTA/SLP program.
• An active or eligible state license to practice.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of luxury senior living communities.
• Manage clinical services.
• Ensure the highest standard of patient care.
• Provide 1:1 clinical treatment to geriatric patients with Dementia and Alzheimer's-related conditions, general ortho, and balance and dizziness.
• Work independently and in teams.
• Make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.
