About The Position

As a Clinic Director, you’ll oversee the operations of a luxury senior living communities, manage clinical services, and ensure the highest standard of patient care. This position involves roughly 85% clinical treatment and 15% clinic oversight. You will be working with a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of patients with Dementia and Alzheimer's-related conditions, general ortho, and balance and dizziness. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs. H2 Health is committed to your growth and success. Requirements

• A graduate of an accredited PT/PTA/OT/OTA/SLP program
• An active or eligible state license to practice
