About The Position

IV Nutrition is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinic Director to join their team in the Scottsdale/PV area. This role is crucial in delivering cutting-edge IV therapies to help clients achieve their health goals. The position involves assisting with client consultations, preparing and administering IV infusions, monitoring patients, maintaining a sterile work environment, collaborating with the medical team, and staying updated on IV therapy advancements.

Requirements

Paramedic (NRP) with a valid Arizona license.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with IV therapy administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a commitment to accuracy and safety.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine desire to help clients achieve their wellness goals.

Responsibilities

Assist with consultations with clients to understand their individual needs and recommend personalized IV therapy plans.
Prepare and administer a variety of IV infusions safely and efficiently, following strict protocols.
Monitor patients during IV infusion and address any concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, adhering to strict safety standards.
Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care and excellent service.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in IV therapy and participate in ongoing training.
