About The Position

ATI Physical Therapy is hiring a Clinic Director to lead a brand-new clinic in Greenville. The role oversees clinic operations and builds a dedicated team focused on high-quality, patient-centered care, positive patient outcomes, and outstanding customer service. The Clinic Director will help establish ATI’s presence in the market and create a supportive environment for patients and staff. The position is open to licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Occupational Therapists.

Requirements

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Occupational Therapy program.
Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist, or eligibility for licensure under the applicable state rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a dedicated team aligned with ATI’s mission and foster a culture of high-quality, patient-centered care.
Manage daily clinic operations, including payroll, time-off approvals, and employee scheduling.
Collaborate with the clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Meet or achieve operational performance goals, including productivity, patient scheduling, and patient-care standards, while driving positive patient outcomes.
Support and lead change-management efforts and communicate key messages, serving as a liaison between corporate communications and the clinic team.
Develop the team and manage the employee performance cycle through regular feedback discussions, annual performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.
Build relationships with patients, the community, and referral sources, including referring physicians.
