About The Position

IV Nutrition is opening a new clinic in Corte Madera, CA, and is seeking a Clinic Director (Registered Nurse required) to manage all aspects of the clinic's operations. The Clinic Director will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, fostering a positive team environment, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role encompasses operations, clinic performance, hiring and performance management, sales, and clinical execution. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, possesses strong leadership skills, and enjoys the challenges of running a business.

Requirements

  • Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current BLS certification
  • 2–5 years of vascular access or infusion experience
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Meet, etc.)
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
  • Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical practices
  • Knowledge of sales reporting, KPI tracking, and performance management systems
  • Natural leader who takes ownership of outcomes
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and client retention
  • Possesses both clinical excellence and business savvy
  • Strong ability to hire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Clear, warm communicator capable of navigating difficult conversations with care
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to think on your feet in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Own overall clinic performance, including revenue, profitability, client experience, and team execution.
  • Set the tone for clinic culture, professionalism, and performance standards, aligning with company goals.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Drive sales through memberships, packages, retail, and wellness services.
  • Set and coach sales and retention goals through client consultations, outreach, and loyalty programs.
  • Review sales reports to identify growth opportunities and partner with corporate on promotions.
  • Engage the local community through marketing, networking, and outreach.
  • Ensure a high-quality, personalized, and consistent client experience.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and ensure exceptional care.
  • Ensure safe and effective administration of IV therapies in compliance with regulations and protocols.
  • Oversee documentation accuracy and client care quality, providing clinical guidance.
  • Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and clinical excellence.
  • Hire, train, and develop clinic staff to build a high-performance culture.
  • Spot and develop future leaders, recognize high performers, and conduct performance conversations.
  • Use performance metrics to drive accountability and address issues.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, consistent service delivery, and efficient workflows.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, and supply ordering.
  • Execute company initiatives and process updates, and maintain clinic cleanliness and compliance.
