About The Position

Gameday Men's Health Centerville is a men's hormone health clinic specializing in testosterone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, sexual health, and ancillary men's health services. They operate in a man-cave environment with a team that genuinely cares about helping men feel their best. They are in an active growth phase and are building a team of people who take ownership, hold standards, and show up every day with the right attitude. This role is for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as Clinical Director. This is the senior clinical role in the building, responsible for patient consultations, protocol decisions, and clinical oversight of the team, practicing under a supervision agreement with a collaborating physician. The Clinical Director is the clinical authority for patients and staff, conducting consultations, reviewing labs, setting and adjusting protocols for TRT, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, and ED services, and serving as the point of clinical accountability. This is a private-practice environment with consistent day-shift hours, leading a small clinical team. The mission is to own the clinical standard of the practice, ensuring safe and effective protocols, a smoothly running clinical team, and an excellent patient experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals.
