About The Position

Greg Ott Center for Physical Therapy, an H2 Health company, is seeking an experienced Clinic Director Physical Therapist (PT) to lead their outpatient orthopedic clinic in Matthews, NC. This role combines hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, focusing on developing people, building relationships, and delivering outstanding patient outcomes. The clinic provides individualized, evidence-based care for patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. As Clinic Director, you will foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture and support the clinic's growth and success.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current North Carolina Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Previous outpatient orthopedic clinical experience required.
  • Leadership experience or a demonstrated desire to lead and develop a clinical team.
  • Experience building physician or community relationships.
  • Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care using evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic population, including post-operative, sports medicine, spine, and general musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Lead day-to-day clinic operations while promoting a positive, patient-focused culture.
  • Mentor and support clinical and administrative team members.
  • Build and strengthen physician and community relationships to support clinic growth.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to reduce documentation burden and maximize patient care.
  • Help maintain a high-quality patient experience through clinical excellence and compassionate care.
