About The Position

Join Ivy Rehab’s dedicated team as a Clinic Director & Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) in an outpatient orthopedics setting, with a focus on growing in Chicago, Illinois. This unique opportunity allows you to open your own start-up clinic, playing a meaningful role in selecting the clinic site and shaping its foundation. Ivy Rehab is a leading national provider of outpatient ortho, pediatric, and ABA therapy services, known for investing in the professional and clinical development of its teammates and fostering a culture of autonomy, community, collaboration, and entrepreneurship. The company has a strong track record of successfully opening over 370 de novo clinics. As a partner, you will have autonomy and a real voice in how you run your clinic, comprehensive support, access to an internal Business School for long-term success, equity in your clinic, and a clear path for career advancement. You will also choose the location, hours, equipment, and your dream team.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and grow a successful clinic
  • Strong work ethic and determination to establish community presence and referral relationships
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
