About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Licensed Physical Therapist to become a Clinic Director & Equity Partner. This role offers the unique opportunity to open and operate your own clinic, focusing on outpatient orthopedics. You will play a key role in selecting the clinic site, building its foundation, and leading a team to provide world-class physical therapy services. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support, including access to a Business School for professional development, and fosters a culture of autonomy, community, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice (New Jersey).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and grow a successful clinic.
• Strong work ethic and determination.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select the clinic site and shape its foundation.
• Build and grow a successful clinic.
• Establish community presence and referral relationships.
• Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
• Lead and manage a team of clinicians.
• Operate the clinic with autonomy while receiving comprehensive support from Ivy Rehab.
