About The Position

IV Nutrition is seeking a Clinic Director (NP) to lead their new Addison, Texas clinic. This role is responsible for the overall operational excellence, team leadership, and client experience. The Clinic Director will own clinic operations, performance, hiring, sales, and clinical execution, acting as the primary leader for the business. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about health and wellness, enjoys leading people, and thrives on the challenges of running a business effectively. The Clinic Director will be instrumental in setting the clinic's culture, building the team, and ensuring every client receives exceptional care.

Requirements

  • Current, active NP license
  • Current BLS certification
  • 2–5 years of vascular access or infusion experience
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Meet, etc.)
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
  • Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical practices
  • Familiarity with sales reporting, KPI tracking, and performance management systems
  • Natural leadership ability with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and client retention.
  • Combination of clinical excellence and business acumen.
  • Strong skills in hiring, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Clear, warm communication skills, capable of handling difficult conversations with care.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own overall clinic performance, including revenue, profitability, client experience, and team execution.
  • Set the clinic's culture, professionalism, and performance standards in alignment with company goals.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Drive sales through memberships, packages, retail, and wellness services, fostering a sales culture based on education.
  • Coach staff towards sales and retention goals through client consultations, outreach, and loyalty programs.
  • Review sales reports to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with corporate on promotions and business development.
  • Engage the local community through marketing, networking, and outreach initiatives.
  • Ensure a high-quality, personalized, and consistent client experience to foster long-term relationships and referrals.
  • Promptly resolve client concerns and ensure exceptional care and hospitality.
  • Ensure safe and effective administration of IV therapies in compliance with regulations, protocols, and physician orders.
  • Oversee documentation accuracy and client care quality, providing clinical guidance to staff.
  • Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and clinical excellence.
  • Hire, train, and develop clinic staff to build a high-performance team focused on results, client care, and growth.
  • Identify and develop future leaders, recognize high performers, and conduct regular performance and development conversations.
  • Utilize performance metrics to drive accountability and address issues promptly, partnering with HR as needed.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring consistent service delivery and efficient workflows.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, and supply ordering.
  • Execute company initiatives and process updates, maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant clinic environment.
