About The Position

Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and support clinicians to provide our patients individualized treatment and plans of care. Clinic Directors play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization and program development, collaborating with digital marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
  • A passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
