About The Position
Milestone Therapy is seeking a Clinic Coordinator at our PRIME Pediatric Therapy Clinic located in Homewood, IL! Milestone Therapy is a therapist driven, locally owned company that emphasizes strong team collaboration, integration of family involvement, and application of interventions into everyday routines, activities, and locations. Requirements
- Problem-solving, in both a professional and timely fashion
- History of excellent project management
- Confidence and competence with computers, scheduling programs, and complete understanding of all Google Docs, Sheets, etc. (Experience with Epic EMR preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ethical in all aspects
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Being on-site at the clinic is expected, so virtual candidates need not apply.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
Responsibilities
- Verify insurance prior to treatments being performed
- Organize and maintain the clinic filing system and correspondence
- Collect and record intake information and educate on clinic needs
- Coordinate and maintain clinic therapy schedule
- Submit for initial authorization of services and maintain ongoing needs
- Collect data vital to clinic performance
- Work with a team of dedicated therapists who do one thing: put kids first!
