Milestone Therapy is seeking a Clinic Coordinator at our PRIME Pediatric Therapy Clinic located in Homewood, IL! Requirements

• Problem-solving, in both a professional and timely fashion
• History of excellent project management
• Confidence and competence with computers, scheduling programs, and complete understanding of all Google Docs, Sheets, etc. (Experience with Epic EMR preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ethical in all aspects
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Being on-site at the clinic is expected, so virtual candidates need not apply.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance prior to treatments being performed
• Organize and maintain the clinic filing system and correspondence
• Collect and record intake information and educate on clinic needs
• Coordinate and maintain clinic therapy schedule
• Submit for initial authorization of services and maintain ongoing needs
• Collect data vital to clinic performance
• Work with a team of dedicated therapists who do one thing: put kids first!
