Clinic Coordinator
About The Position
SynapseTBI provides specialized diagnostic and treatment services for patients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI), and Post-Concussion Syndrome. We offer neurological consultations, diagnostic evaluations, individualized treatment planning, neuro-rehabilitation coordination, and multidisciplinary care to support patients throughout their recovery journey. The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and workflow of the clinic to ensure an efficient, professional, and patient-centered environment. This role manages scheduling, facility operations, health and safety compliance, and provides logistical support to the physician and clinical team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of maintaining smooth clinic operations in a fast-paced setting.

Nice To Haves
- Previous medical office, healthcare, or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with scheduling systems and basic office software preferred
Responsibilities
- Open and close the clinic daily
- Coordinate and manage patient scheduling and appointment flow
- Maintain clinic organization, cleanliness, and health/safety compliance standards
- Assist the doctor with daily logistics and operational support
- Ensure patient experience is efficient, professional, and welcoming
- Communicate with patients and staff as needed
- Monitor clinic supplies and coordinate restocking when necessary
- Support administrative and operational tasks to maintain efficient clinic function
