The Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) role at ABC is a dynamic position focused on supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of busy clinics. This role involves managing documents, tracking resources, and communicating with referral sources. The CAA will provide excellent support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families, becoming a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand the services provided. Additionally, the position entails handling marketing and admissions tasks to assist the operations manager and clinical leadership, while embodying and promoting ABC's core values of Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun.
