Our story began in 2017 in Austin, TX, with humble roots and big aspirations. From one center in North Austin, our movement has grown to help numerous families in the autism community. Today, the ABC community is 3000+ strong, serving thousands of children with ASD. We focus maniacally on our core values, with each center purpose-built and each community of teammates nurtured. The Clinic Admissions Associate role at ABC is responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics, including document management, keeping track of people and things, and internal and external communication with referral sources. You will provide support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families, become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how we help children, and handle various marketing and admissions tasks to support the operations manager and clinical leadership. You are expected to embody our core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, + Fun!) and be a cultural role model for your teammates.
