About The Position

As a Climate Sustainability Intern, you will gain exposure to corporate research supporting Net Zero climate targets and mitigation strategies in factories and the extended supply chain. You will be involved in writing and researching climate sustainability topics for the Global Sustainability team, developing business processes for implementing climate sustainability initiatives, and partnering directly with the Climate Sr. Manager to explore Mars' role in environmental sustainability.

Students passionate about advancing social and environmental sustainability within the CPG industry and interested in the role business plays in advancing social and environmental sustainability.
Collaborators with strong problem-solving skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and strong written communication skills.
Obtaining a Master’s degree in Environment, Sustainability, Biology, or Geography and/or an MBA.
Eligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date (1st year MBA or 1st year Master’s students).
Open to students legally authorized to work in the U.S., without the need for current or future work status authorization or visa sponsorship for employment.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of drug & background screening.

This role is focused on the environmental side of sustainability – working specifically on climate, land use, and packaging.

Responsibilities
