About The Position

The Technical Analyst is a key member of our implementation team, working to collaborate internally and with Netsmart’s clients to configure integrations and data exchanges between Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, additional software systems, and 3rd party services. This role will also train staff to effectively use the features and functionality of the solutions and integrations. Associates in this role apply their knowledge and experience with information technology systems, data tools, analysis, and software architecture and programing to think creatively, provide excellent communication on project and task status, and learn the solutions assigned in order to teach and train end users. This role will work both in an office environment as well as travel to a client site. You will work in conjunction with other consulting members, as well as designated client representatives, on a daily basis. Exceptional communication skills, an aptitude for technical skills related to computer and software programs and eagerness to learn are critical traits of a Technical Analyst. Requirements

  • Rising Senior or Rising Junior with graduation date for bachelors or masters of December 2027, May 2028, December 2028, May 2029
  • Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, or other applications)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and being comfortable presenting to audiences
  • Ability to take initiative and manage multiple detailed tasks in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrates achievement in academics, internships, co-ops, or other work experience (preferably involving business, clinical, analytical, and/or technical coursework)
  • BA/ BS degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, information Systems Technology, Data Analytics or similar
