The specialist will serve as the point of contact for technology support and services, acting as the integration point between business functions and technology requirements. Responsibilities include providing desktop computer support, coordinating service outages, managing equipment procurement and disposal, and ensuring effective backups. The role also involves troubleshooting network issues, systems, and applications, as well as developing and conducting user training.
