Make a Difference The Client Systems Engineer delivers high-quality engineering, support, and administration of enterprise endpoint environments across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms. This role is focused on implementing and optimizing modern cloud client technologies, including Intune, Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Cloud PCs. The Engineer plays a key role in improving endpoint performance, security, and end-user experience through automation, AI-enhanced tools, and scalable cloud-based solutions. This position supports the full lifecycle of endpoint management, including imaging, configuration, compliance, patching, and continuous optimization, while partnering with Architecture, Security, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two (2) years of customer service experience required.
  • Three (3) years of experience supporting enterprise software and hardware environments required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with endpoint management and device administration, including Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), JAMF Mobile Device Management, MECM/SCCM and Intune highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise client environments, including Print management solutions such as PaperCut preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced technical support, resolve escalated incidents, and participate in on-call rotation
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge base articles
  • Support enterprise client infrastructure, including: Windows operating systems, Enterprise hardware standards, Application delivery and packaging, Asset lifecycle management, Multifunction devices and enterprise printing
  • Administer and maintain: Active Directory and Group Policy, MECM/SCCM, BitLocker, Microsoft 365 and modern endpoint platforms (Intune, Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, Cloud PCs)
  • Deploy and integrate software using MECM and Intune
