The Client Support position is important to Isaiah House because it helps maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for clients during treatment. This role supports daily program operations by helping clients follow schedules, meet expectations, and remain connected to services. Their presence, communication, and follow-through help protect client safety, support staff teamwork, and improve the overall client experience. This position is located within a female client residential facility. Employees in this role provide direct, in-house support to female clients and must maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, privacy, safety, and trauma-informed care standards at all times.
