This position supports day-to-day residential operations by guiding clients through established routines, reinforcing program guidelines, and helping clients remain engaged in available services. Through dependable communication, active supervision, and consistent follow-up, Client Support employees contribute to client well-being, effective team coordination, and a positive treatment experience. This position provides direct, on-site support in a residential treatment facility serving female clients. Employees are expected to maintain professional boundaries, protect confidential information, respect client privacy, promote safety, and consistently apply trauma-informed care practices.
