Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background and child abuse registry checks
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move comfortably in a busy office setting
- Friendly, professional communication and a commitment to excellent customer service
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and comfort with technology
- Respect for diverse communities and a trauma-informed mindset
- Willingness to jump in and support wherever needed
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, answer phones, schedule appointments and collect co-pays
- Maintain accurate client records and update electronic systems
- Conduct Urine Analysis (UA) on substance use clients
- Support providers with documentation, co-pay collection, and appointment tracking
- Handle office tasks like supply orders, mail, billing, and cleanliness
- Provide occasional coverage at other locations as needed
