Requirements

  • Korean Bilingual
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically less than two years of related experience

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Proven customer service/relations skills
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Some knowledge of the Payments Industry, product and system knowledge helpful

Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day support and service to assigned clients via telephone, email and occasional face-to-face communication.
  • Partners with Client Executives on projects and to identify opportunities to enhance the profitability of the client relationship.
  • Answers client inquires and provides client education on products and services.
  • Conducts follow up on all paperwork submitted to ensure it is completed accurately and in a timely manner by internal supporting departments.
