Requirements

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
Responsibilities
- Tenant, HOA/Condo Association Homeowner communications
- Assist with tracking, logging and responding to HOA/Condo Association Architectural Change Requests
- Tracking, reporting and responding to HOA/Condo Association violations
- Follow up regarding HOA/Condo Association dues collection including supporting homeowners with online payment questions
- Assist with HOA/Condo Association Homeowner questions regarding special assessments
- Assist with communication/questions including but not limited to tenants lease and account questions, client concerns, vendor concerns and communication between tenants and vendors
- Tracking and reporting of HCI and application requests
