About The Position

Globe Life AO is seeking motivated, people-focused individuals to join their virtual team as Remote Client Support Associates. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home opportunity designed for individuals entering the workforce, changing careers, or seeking greater flexibility. In this role, you will connect virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits, answer questions, explain options, guide clients through next steps, and provide ongoing professional support. No previous insurance experience is required, as comprehensive training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and professional development are provided. The role combines customer service, relationship building, benefits education, and client support in a fully virtual environment. Client interactions are with individuals who have requested information, focusing on listening, educating, guiding, assisting, and following up. The position offers weekly performance-based compensation, including commissions, bonuses, and residual income opportunities. Advancement opportunities are available based on performance and demonstrated leadership.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be physically located within the United States.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Have access to a reliable computer or laptop.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits.

  • Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment.

  • Provide timely follow-up throughout the process.
  • Assist existing clients with policy-related questions.
  • Conduct policy reviews when appropriate.

  • Maintain accurate digital client records.
  • Manage appointments and follow-up communications.
  • Provide continued customer service after enrollment.
