About The Position

Assists with adult client one on one enrolled in a day program with daily life, social and academic skills and/or behavior management training. Observes and monitors client’s behavior and charts observations and incidents. Staff may need to assist with changing. Serves as role model and provides emotional support and feedback to client & their support system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months social services experience
• Valid driver’s license with 6 points or fewer
• At least 21 years of age
• Three years driving experience
• Proficient with computers

• Experience with developmentally delayed population
• CNA
