About The Position

Assists with adult client 1:1 enrolled in a day program with daily life, social and academic skills and/or behavior management training. Observes and monitors client’s behavior and charts observations and incidents. Staff may need to assist with changing. Serves as role model and provides emotional support and feedback to client & their support system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months social services experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with three years driving experience.
• Must have a clean driving record with no more than 6 points.
• Proficient with computers.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with developmentally delayed population.
• CAN preferred.

Responsibilities
