About The Position

The Bank of Utah is seeking a Client Support Specialist to work Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm at their Branch located at 2605 Washington Blvd. Ogden, UT. This role is responsible for customer support through the phone channel and other channels as assigned. The Client Support Specialist will provide support to Bank customers regarding online payments including bill pay, remote deposit, wires, ACH, debit cards, online banking access, etc. The position also requires providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers. The role involves developing and maintaining knowledge of Treasury Management services, providing online banking technical and product support for both business and retail customers, and answering inbound online banking and customer service calls. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, remains calm and courteous when handling complex calls and requests, and is able to work with a team. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of similar experience.
  • Excellent phone customer service skills.
  • Able to communicate clearly on the phone and in writing.
  • Accurate, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Follow through on assignments and duties to ensure their timely completion.
  • Able to ensure established policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Basic knowledge of Word and other general Microsoft systems.
  • High School Diploma Required.

Responsibilities
