About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Remote Client Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction throughout their booking and travel experience. Your responsibilities include handling support tickets, troubleshooting client concerns, offering solutions, and maintaining professional communication with clients across various channels.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner
  • Ability to provide friendly customer support and solutions-driven service
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use customer support tools and platforms
  • Must be a Resident of the following countries: United States, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, France, Germany, Grenada, Guatemala, Honduras, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Portugal, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Spain, Sweden, Trinidad and Tobago, United Kingdom, Uruguay
