About The Position

Client Support Representative at Parmele Disability Advocates. This role helps individuals secure Social Security benefits by guiding potential clients through their first steps with empathy and clear communication. No prior experience is needed as paid training and a clear path for success are provided. The position starts with in-office training and transitions to a hybrid/remote schedule upon successful completion. Equipment is provided after training.

Requirements

  • Confident phone manner and demeanor
  • Ability to set the tone and pace of calls effectively
  • Demonstrates consistent care and compassion by treating a call at 4:30 PM on Friday the same as one Monday morning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail & critical thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in phone-based sales and customer service, as well as administrative duties

Responsibilities

  • Create a positive and supportive experience for potential clients through effective phone communication, empathy, and thoughtful questioning.
  • Field inbound inquiries via phone or live chat, specializing in SSDI and VA disability.
  • Initiate outbound contact with potential clients expressing interest in Social Security or VA disability.
  • Provide comprehensive insight into legal services for SSDI and VA disability cases.
  • Data entry of accurate client information into the database.
  • Coordinate and schedule consultations for potential clients.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required by the office.
