About The Position
The Client Support Associate serves as a welcoming, customer-service-oriented representative for office visitors and helps provide exceptional client experiences. The role involves engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged during wait times. Associates may also visit local shops, events, and community locations to promote brand awareness and recruit talent, using local market knowledge and social media skills to expand the organization’s reach and build a talent pipeline. Requirements
