About The Position

Jackson Hewitt is hiring a Seasonal Client Support Associate to provide a welcoming, customer-service-oriented experience and support clients visiting its offices. The associate will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged while they wait. The role also involves visiting local shops, events, and community locations to raise brand awareness and recruit talent, using local market knowledge and social media to expand outreach and build a talent pipeline. The position offers an opportunity to learn new skills, receive training, and pursue advancement. Compensation is $10.00 per hour. PTIN certification is required.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
• PTIN certification is required.

• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
