Client Support Associate
About The Position
The Client Support Associate serves as a friendly, customer-focused representative who helps create exceptional client experiences and provides support in the office. The role includes engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged while they wait. The associate also visits local shops, events, and community locations to build brand awareness and recruit talent, using local market knowledge and social media to expand the organization’s reach and talent pipeline. Seasonal roles are described, with full-time and part-time positions available. Compensation is $10.00 per hour. PTIN certification is required.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
- PTIN certification is required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
