About The Position
Jackson Hewitt is hiring a Seasonal Client Support Associate to provide a welcoming, customer service-oriented experience for clients visiting its offices. The associate serves as a friendly point of contact, helps ensure exceptional client experiences, and provides essential support. The role offers flexible scheduling, and full-time and part-time positions are available. Compensation is $17.00 per hour. PTIN certification is listed as required.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
- PTIN certification is required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and help create a positive experience during office visits.
- Confirm appointments.
- Follow up with past and potential clients.
- Distribute marketing materials.
