About The Position

Jackson Hewitt is seeking a customer-service-oriented Client Support Associate to welcome visitors to its offices and help ensure a positive client experience. The position includes engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and prospective clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged while they wait. The associate may also visit local shops, events, and community locations to increase brand awareness and recruit talent, using local market knowledge and social media skills to expand the organization’s reach and talent pipeline. Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
Ability to obtain a Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) is stated as a condition for Tax Preparer applicants, not specifically as a requirement for this role.
