About The Position

As a Remote Client Success Team Lead, you'll provide exceptional support to clients while developing the leadership skills needed to advance within our organization. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online communication platforms
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
Answer questions regarding available benefit programs and coverage options
Assist clients with enrollment and follow-up support
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Collaborate with teammates to ensure an outstanding client experience
Participate in ongoing mentorship, leadership development, and professional training
Help foster a positive, supportive, and growth-focused team culture
