Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
• Answer questions with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
• Provide ongoing service and policy support
• Conduct virtual consultations through Zoom and phone
• Educate clients on available benefit options
• Help families select solutions that best fit their needs
• Develop trust through consistent communication and follow-up
• Maintain lasting client relationships through exceptional service
• Assist with policy reviews and benefit updates
• Maintain accurate digital records
• Schedule appointments and follow-up communications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
